Sketches collection of Armenian architecture
Sketches as first tangible embodiment of architect’s creation carry huge load of expression. They are the first means of communication of architect’s ideas.
A collection of sketches will facilitate a better understanding perception of the development path of Armenian architecture.
Aiming to that, Shatovryan advanced school of architecture and architectural self-development in collaboration with NPAK, Architects Chamber of Armenia, Pan-Armenian Association of Architects and Engineers, National University of Architecture and Construction and Armproject OJSC initiated
Sketches collection of Armenian architecture
The collection is include architectural sketches of Armenian and Armenian Diasporan architects, as well as graduate students of architecture.
Collected material will be presented publicly at annual exhibitions and printed publications, as well as in digital domain.
The annual exhibition is expected to facilitate consolidation of the Armenian architectural community and to trigger discussions and dialogue.
