Performances are taking place on a stage measuring one square meter. Artists representing all branches of performing arts can participate.

The best “One Square Meter” performance will be awarded 100,000 drams by the Armenian Center for Contemporary Experimental Art.

The history of the “One Square Meter” Performing Arts Festival starts from 2006. The main idea of the festival are plays held on one square meter stage. The festival annually took place in the Armenian Center for Contemporary Art in Yerevan.  Every year young artists and performers were presenting their plays in front of spectators and a jury.
