4th Annual Installation Art Festival
“Feeling”
Program
- November 15
- 20:00 “Displaced” by nomad performance (ertürk erkek & ezgi adanç)
“Displaced” is an interdisciplinary installation performance based on the migrants crossing the Storskog border between Russia and Norway by using a bicycle, the only unlicensed vehicle. In this work, which is based on a small point of the eternal issue of migration, concepts such as road, border, bond, past, future,
hope and grief are discussed.
“So what is one’s country?”
“displaced”, which is an interdisciplinary installation performance, is designed to be represented not in a conventional stage space but in spaces with their own memory such as exhibitions / galleries / museums. In this respect, it offers a different viewing experience.

- 18:00 Performance Workshop by Rafaella Gasparian
It is impossible to talk about ancestry and creation in the arts without talking about feelings. Without talking
about what touches us, what goes through us and everything that, because of our life experiences, shapes us
as humans across everything that has happened to us since then to be here and now today.
With this in mind, the performance workshop “Back to the Womb”, taught by actress Rafaella Gasparian,
invites participants to do imagery and body expression exercises, making them look at their own stories and
how they can tell them through art.
- November 20
- 20:00 Movie Screening “Nel sole la vita” (“In the sun the life”) by Francesco Re Li Calzi
at Common Ground Books & Spirits (Baghramyan, 6)
It is the real story of a solo bike trip from Bologna to the Balkan, where the artist realise different types of installation.
The story is mixed with a poetical fiction: The King of Nameless Things lives alone in his kingdom and has everything at his disposal. Due to an indigestion of too much abundance he decides to leave in search of someone with whom share his kingdom and his solitude. After passing through the City (place of matter) and the River (place of imagination), only in the last stage (the world of ideas) he will find a favorable habitat for life… he is not alone: two other people live in a kingdom similar to his own but brighter. That brightness has a secret: they know a way to trap the sun.
