THE PERFORMANCE revolves around the image of stone, which becomes a metaphor for the history of Armenia — a country shaped by rock and time.
There is no soft earth here to conceal a seed. Instead, there is stone: a surface on which to carve a home, engrave a cross, and inscribe the traces of generations.
Here, stone is everything — a road, an altar, a grave, a witness.
Stone is also compressed time.
Within it lie volcanoes and mountains, ruined cities and the traces of countless lives. It carries the imprint of an ancient land — a silent archive of endurance, memory, and transformation.
Stone is the material from which culture and spirit emerge. It embodies resilience, resistance, and survival.
In this performance, stone becomes a symbol of memory, persistence, and the strength to endure through centuries.
