Jason Corff (*1979, US) is a choreographer and researcher based in Berlin (DE). Complementary to his movement practice, Corff additionally worked for nearly fifteen years in the field of interior design. This split career path has influenced his aesthetic focus and multi-faceted understanding of ways in which space can be defined from artistic, utilitarian, and theoretical standpoints. In his work, Corff explores various methodologies which create a sense of place and how the application of cartographic principles in choreography can be used to recontextualize the body in space.
The performance will take place at NPAK on March 29 at 17:00.
