The 24th Annual Festival of Alternative Art is the traditional opening of NPAK’s annual events. Due to the 2020 epidemie, NPAK turns to digital virtual presentation of events on the worldwide web.
Seeing a real work of art, the viewer should be ashamed that he is not an artist, who does not have so much freedom—free time, free resources, free imagination, freedom to liberate others—and the inexplicable inner conviction, born of the Great Freedom, that his work is a blessing for anyone looking for meaning of life.
